The Newborough and Borough Fen Parish is a civil parish in the City of Peterborough unitary authority in Cambridgeshire, England. The parish is to the north of Peterborough city centre, just below the county border with Lincolnshire. Newborough village is located at the center of the parish and has a population of 1475, together with Borough Fen. Newborough means ‘new fortification’ in old English.

The Newborough and Borough Fen Parish Council is the first level of local government in which it’s primary objective is to support the residents in most aspects of their daily lives.
